Product Description

Automatic Injection Stretching Blow Molding Machine

High-performance automatic multi-cavity plastic water bottle and barrel stretching blow molding equipment designed for efficient mass production. This advanced machinery delivers precision manufacturing with superior output quality.

Machine Advantages:

1. Place the mold clamping oil cylinder downwards to ensure the cleanliness of the tabletop products. The clamping force of the mold is evenly distributed.
2. The machine height is lowered for easy installation and operation.
3. Unique hydraulic servo system, reasonable pipeline layout, and improved operational efficiency.
4. Unique boost locking structure increases the locking force, and the boost cylinder does not participate in the opening and closing of the mold, reducing energy consumption
5. Servo indexing system to improve indexing accuracy and equipment idle cycle time
6. A special dual cylinder horizontal valve plate overlay injection system ensures smoother and faster injection and storage of materials
7. Demoulding adopts digital sensing technology to achieve unmanned and automatic operation
8. Added air pressure detection function, mold cooling water pressure, temperature detection function, abnormal will issue an alarm, reducing waste rate
9. Added auxiliary machine alarm and host communication function. When the host detects an auxiliary machine alarm, the host stops working.
10. Optional core rod blowing cold air function can shorten the cooling cycle of the product and solve the problem of core rod sticking

Work Flow

1. Preparation of preforms
After heating and melting plastic particles (such as PET), a bottom tube shaped billet (blue small tube on the left in the figure) is made through injection technology.
2. Heat and soften the billet
Send the preform into the heating device and heat it to the "high elastic state" of the plastic (softened but not melted) to prepare for subsequent stretching.
3. Mold closure
Place the softened billet into a blow molding mold, which closes from both sides to secure the bottom and neck of the billet.
4. Axial tension
Stretch the billet upwards from the inside using a stretching rod to extend it in the "length direction" (as indicated by the red arrow pointing upwards in the figure).
5. Blow molding
Inject compressed air into the stretched billet to expand it radially (in width) and tightly adhere to the inner wall of the mold (the blue pattern in the picture is the cooling channel of the mold).
6. Cooling and demolding
The cooling system inside the mold allows the plastic to quickly shape, and then the mold is opened to remove the molded plastic bottle. Finally, the edges and corners are trimmed to obtain the finished product.
