Advanced automated extrusion blow molding system specifically engineered for high-volume production of HDPE plastic barrels and large oil drums. This industrial-grade machinery delivers precision manufacturing with exceptional efficiency and reliability.

Technical Advantages
  •  Place the mold clamping oil cylinder downwards to ensure the cleanliness of the tabletop products. The clamping force of the mold is evenly distributed.
  •  The machine height is lowered to facilitate mold installation and operation.
  •  Unique hydraulic servo system, reasonable pipeline layout, and improved operational efficiency.
  •  Unique pressurization locking structure increases locking force and reduces energy consumption
  •  Servo indexing system to improve indexing accuracy and equipment idle cycle time
  •  A special dual cylinder horizontal valve plate overlay injection system ensures smoother and faster injection and storage of materials
  •  Demoulding adopts digital sensing technology to achieve unmanned and automatic operation
  •  Added air pressure detection function, mold cooling water pressure, temperature detection function, abnormal will issue an alarm, reducing waste rate
  •  Added auxiliary machine alarm and host communication function. When the host detects an auxiliary machine alarm, the host stops working.
  •  Optional core rod blowing cold air function can shorten the cooling cycle of the product and solve the problem of core rod sticking
  •  The rear end of the conveyor belt can be connected to visual inspection equipment to detect foreign objects on the bottle body and grooves at the bottom, achieving unmanned automatic operation.
